The website www.evaluconseil.com (hereinafter “the Site”) is published by Evalu, a simplified joint-stock company, with capital of €7,000, registered with the RCS of Nanterre under number 803 702 901, whose registered office is located at 81 rue Albert Perdreaux, 92370 Chaville (hereinafter “EVALU”).

As part of the navigation on the Site, Internet users (hereinafter the “Internet users”) may be required to communicate personal data to Evalu, which will process them as data controller, within the meaning of the Regulation (EU) 2016 /679 (RGPD) and the so-called Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended.

This Policy describes how the personal data of Internet Users will be processed by Evalu in order to comply with the laws and regulations on the protection of privacy and personal data.

Within Evalu, data is only communicated to personnel authorized to process personal data.

As part of the processing operations that it operates directly, Evalu does not transfer personal data outside the European Union.

SECURITY MEASURES

Evalu has put in place all the technical and organizational measures to ensure that the personal data processed has an adequate level of security and confidentiality.

Evalu’s computer systems are equipped with safeguards and backup procedures are implemented.

Evalu trains its personnel in the security of personal data and rigorously selects the subcontractors likely to access the data. These subcontractors are subject to at least an equivalent level of data security requirements.

RIGHTS OF INTERNET USERS

In accordance with the regulations in force, the persons whose data are collected benefit from the following rights, which can be exercised at any time:

Right of access and rectification: the Internet user may exercise his right of access to the personal data concerning him held by Evalu, and request rectification thereof as necessary;

Right of opposition: The Internet user may object, at any time, to the processing of his personal data for the purposes of commercial prospecting. He may also object, at any time, to the processing of his personal data, except in the event of compelling legitimate reasons or in the event of processing for the establishment, exercise or defense of Evalu’s legal rights.

Right to erasure: the Internet user may request that his personal data be deleted when (i) they are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or are processed, (ii) the Internet user has withdrawn his consent or opposes the collection or processing.

At any time, the Internet user may withdraw his consent for all processing based on this legal basis.

Right to portability: when the processing is based on the consent of the Internet user, he may request the portability of his data, in a structured and machine-readable format. This data may be transmitted directly to it or to a third party when technically possible.

Right to limitation: the Internet user may request the limitation of the processing of his personal data (i) if he disputes its accuracy, for the time necessary for Evalu to make the verifications, (ii) where the processing is unlawful, (iii) when they are no longer necessary, or when he has exercised his right to object;

Right to give directives after his death: the Internet user may give and modify directives regarding the processing of his data after his death.

USE OF COOKIES

As part of the navigation on the Site, Evalu uses the affixing of cookies.
