A COMMITTED AND RESPONSIBLE CONSULTING FIRM

In 2019, Evalu embarked on a corporate social responsibility approach (CSR according to the international reference text: the ISO 26000 standard). Since 2024, we are proud to have been awarded the Positive Company® CSR label with a score of 72.47/100 and ⭐⭐ ⭐ .

This “made in France” CSR label, recognized at European level, rewards our commitment and our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) ambitions.

What is the Positive Company® CSR label?

 

Positive Company® is a French CSR label created in 2019. Its aim is to enable all companies, whatever their level of CSR maturity, to progress and involve their stakeholders (employees, customers, suppliers) in their Sustainable Development strategies.

This movement brings together over 200 certified companies in France and Europe. Based on international standards (ISO 26 000, ODD, CSRD, etc.), Positive Company® supports companies and organizations in structuring and promoting their CSR initiatives, using an innovative methodology: an internal audit coupled with anonymous questioning of key stakeholders.

Why did we choose this label?

 

We chose it because it is one of the most demanding labels in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The labeling program requires us to meet more than 50, 180 or 200 questions, justifying each of our commitments on 5 themes: sustainability in the exercise of our activities, responsibility in our governance, development of our human capital, preservation of the environment and our social impact.

Because a document review is not enough to guarantee the authenticity of a CSR approach, anonymous surveys were sent to our employees, customers and suppliers to testify to our commitment and identify areas for improvement.

Every month, the team Evalu get together for team to create and maintain links with colleagues.

Community involvement

We have set up a day of RTT solidarity. This day is an additional RTT granted to employees so that they can go to the association of their choice and carry out an associative mission.

Evolving CSR Committee

In addition to the CSR manager and the creator ofEvalu, one employee joins the CSR committee to lead the CSR strategy, thus including employees in the CSR process.

Recovering WEEE

We have set up a partnership with our electronics supplier so that they can collect our electronic waste and reuse or recycle it in line with our environmental commitments..
