Why did you create Evalu?<\/strong><\/p>\n

It was as part of my quality experience in the demanding world of aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing that, back in 1999, I tackled the issue of computerized systems validation with the SFSTP “Validation des syst\u00e8mes informatis\u00e9s” committee. For 12 years, I worked successively in two consulting firms specializing in these fields. It was here that I learned how to respond to issues linked to the quality of information systems, with a view to meeting the regulatory requirements of the life sciences industries – pharmaceutical, medical devices, cosmetics – as well as the financial sector. <\/p>\n

I set up Evalu in 2012 in order to put my expertise to good use and respond in a simple, pragmatic way to bring information systems mastery to my customers. I also wanted to train new employees and young people, so as to pass on my knowledge and enable them in turn to provide appropriate quality solutions. <\/p>\n

What was your most memorable assignment at Evalu?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The assignment that made the biggest impression on me was the one I carried out for our customer Sanofi. It was my first assignment as a computerized systems quality assurance consultant. Until then, I’d mainly been doing validation consulting, not quality assurance. It was also my longest assignment, lasting over a year. <\/span><\/p>\n

In this new role, I learned to review validation documentation, approve documentation and ensure that it complied with regulations and internal procedures. I had to make important decisions for the project, and this mission represents a great step forward in my career. <\/span><\/p>\n

When I joined the Evalu team, I was pleasantly surprised to discover the real commitment of the company and its founder, Karine. Whether environmentally or socially, Evalu is committed. In 2021 we were awarded the Ecovadis silver medal and Karine decided to hire me to implement new actions. <\/p>\n

As an information systems validation consultant, I enjoy the opportunity to work on a variety of projects covering a broad spectrum of healthcare fields, such as clinical care, data management and medical research. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

At Evalu, we can easily express our training needs and quickly upgrade our skills. We’re very much on our own, which means we can work and progress at our own pace, while always having someone on the team to answer our questions and help us if we need it. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Since joining Evalu, I feel I’ve learned a lot about computerized systems validation, because I’ve been lucky enough to have direct assignments with customers. This has enabled me to get to the heart of the matter and improve quickly, which is a big advantage at the start of a career, as it gives you confidence in your skills and the desire to progress even further. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
